Widegarden ("Company"/"we"/"us") owns and operates the simulation and website at widegarden.com, plus any related services (together the "Services"). Read these terms carefully. By using the Services you're accepting them. Don't use the Services if you don't agree. We can change these terms anytime, and if you keep using the Services after we update them, that means you accept the new version. Any new features will follow these terms unless we say otherwise. Check back here once in a while since things do change.

GAMING & CONDUCT RULES

The Services work because the community keeps things fair, honest, and fun. Follow the rules and enjoy it. This part covers account creation, in-game features, and what you can't do. User Accounts. You get one account per platform or device. We suggest keeping just one account across everything. If you want multiple accounts on different devices anyway, they can't interact with each other at all. We'll ban, reset, or penalize any accounts that do interact. Virtual Goods Transfers & Account Sales. You can't sell, trade, or cash out any content from the Service for real money, including virtual currencies and items. Trying to do this breaks these terms and gets you a lifetime ban plus possible legal trouble. All virtual sales are final. No refunds. You can't turn virtual currency or goods into real money. We can manage, change, or remove virtual currency and goods whenever we want, and we're not liable for it. You're responsible for everything charged to your account, whether you did it or someone using your login did. If your account gets terminated or suspended for any reason, you lose all your virtual stuff. General Conduct & Prohibited Acts. Some activities violate our rules. Don't do any of these: Use the Services if you're under 13. Pick an account name that disrespects other users. Use bots, auto-clickers, hacks, or exploits. Same goes for any other behavior our Rules and Policies ban. Accuse other players of cheating in forums, comment walls, status messages, or chat. If you actually think someone's cheating and have proof, contact us using our form instead. Upload, post, email, transmit, or share anything that's illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive. This includes content that encourages crime, creates legal problems, breaks laws, or is otherwise objectionable. Share material that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. Post anything you don't have the right to share. Spread lies or misleading information, or create a false impression you know is wrong. This covers impersonating users or staff, or anything that could harm minors. Mess with the Services, including security features, or the servers and networks they run on. Don't break rules, procedures, policies, or regulations of connected networks. Don't probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities. Don't breach or bypass security or authentication. Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, whether intentionally or not. Resell the Services, their content, or access to them. Do anything else these Terms prohibit. Action by Company. Breaking these rules can get your post or thread deleted from chat, forums, or profile walls. Your account might be limited, blocked, suspended, or terminated depending on how serious the violation is. We can impose other penalties we see fit. Availability. We can alter, suspend, or stop the Services anytime for any reason without telling you. Maintenance, equipment failures, or other issues might make things unavailable. We add and update information and materials without notice. We reserve the right to change and update the Services whenever we decide it's necessary.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OWNERSHIP AND CONTENT RULES

Copyright law, trademark law, international conventions, and other IP laws protect them from copying and spreading without permission. Nothing on the Services gives you a license or right to use them or any materials shown here through framing or any other method, unless Company gives you written permission first. We follow the terms of our platform partners like Facebook, Apple, Google, and Android. You've read and agree to follow the terms of whatever platform you use to access our Services. Breaking their terms can get you banned.
